Meeting with candidates, evaluations, and the presentation of a short-list.
We assess candidates’ professional achievements and personal skills through in-depth interviews. We send regular reports and write detailed descriptions of the selected candidates. Finally, we organize follow-up meetings after the candidates have been presented to our client.
In-depth 360 ° reference check
to assess not only the skills but also the personality and values of selected candidates. This phase is decisive in the recruitment process. Upon request, we also administer various tests such as PFPI and SOSIE 2.
