In 2021, Roxane de La Morandière founded Galatea Talents to offer a different type of recruitment service for middle and top management positions in large firms.
The company’s goal is to carry out a limited number of assignments in order to be more responsive to your requests, to take the time to find the best profiles (including non-conventional options), to carry out in-depth reference checks, and to find the right candidate at the right time.
Roxane graduated from EDHEC, obtained MBTI, Sosie 2 and PFPI certification, and has 27 years of professional experience in finance and headhunting.
Having begun her career at Arthur Andersen, Roxane spent several years working in finance for the Kering and LVMH groups. In 2006, Roxane joined a boutique firm in direct approach recruitment.
Since then, she has successfully completed over 250 assignments for international, family, and investment fund groups across all corporate sectors.
